Return Process

  Log into your Grove account and visit your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or any sturdy, eco-friendly box, ensuring all lids are tightened to prevent leaks during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
